Confirming the arrest, the state Commissioner of Police, Mr Femi Ogunbayode said that the APGA Candidate, who is also the National Secretary of APGA, personally supervised some thugs to hijack the ballot boxes from INEC presiding officers with the aim of manipulating the election results in his favour.
